생각.1 경제 활성화를 위한 경제사범 풀어준다고?
광복절이라는 희생과 투쟁의 기념일에 맞춰서 경제사범을 풀어준다는 것이 사실 지금까지도 마음에 와 닿지 않는 것은 왜일까?
그러니까 전체적인 관점에서 경제사범은 법을 어기기는 했으나 아직은 국익에 쓸모있는 사람이라는 것임.
그것도 이중근 부영그룹 회장, 박찬구 금호석유화학그룹 회장 등 경제인 중심으로 이루어질 예정이라고 하는데.

이것을 어떻게 바라봐야할지는 개개인의 생각이 분명히 다를 것임.
내 결론은 결국에는 법이라는 것도 잘먹고 잘사는 것에 우선되지 않는다는 것을 국가가 인정한다는 생각임.
과거 이재용의 사면을 보면서 느끼는 것은 머리로는 이해가 가고, 가슴으로는 '참 세상 불공평하네'라는 것.
그렇게 세상은 생각하는 것 만큰 공평하지만은 않다.
그러니까 이 경우에 법은 법적으로 잘못했다! 라고 대외적으로 공표는 하고(그래야 국민이 가만히 있을테니)
그래도 경제적으로 도움은 될테니 다시 기회는 주자. 뭐 대충 이런 것 아닐까.
생각.2 사면받은 사람들이 반성할까
세상에 나가서 나라에 더 좋은 일을 하라.
그래서 풀어줬는데 사실 사람의 마음을 알 길은 없다. 뉘우치고 진정성있게 사회에 봉사하는 마음으로 살아갈지 그것을 알 방법이 있나?

그러니까 법을 위반하고도 사면을 받은 취지를 살릴려고 한다면 그에 합당한 경제적인 성과?를 얻어야지만 정당성이 확보될 것임.
반성하게 만들어야 하는 것이 중요함
생각.3 경제활성화에 기여했다는 평가 필요
사람이 반성한다고 행동이 변할까?
최소한 나라가 배려해 준 것에 대하여 그에 합당하게 경제활성화에 기여했다는 평가가 필요하지 않을까. 정부는 그런 것을 고민해야 할 것이다.
어렵다고? 그러니까 고민해야지.
원칙적으로 법의 공정성을 훼손하면서까지 사면을 했을 때는 그 이유가 경제활성화건 무엇이건 간에 그것이 진정 맞는 결정이었다고 국민에게 근거를 제시해줘야 한다.
고민하라. 정부여.
그래야 특별 사면이 진정 특별한 사면이 되리라.

How one perceives this will undoubtedly vary from person to person.
My conclusion is that the state acknowledges that the law is secondary to prosperity and well-being. Reflecting on the past pardon of Lee Jae-yong, I understand the rationale, but emotionally, it feels like "the world is indeed unfair." The world isn't as just as we'd like to believe. In this case, the law publicly condemns the wrongdoing (to keep the public at bay) but still offers another chance, thinking they might be economically beneficial. Isn't that the general sentiment?
Thought #2: Will the Pardoned Reflect on Their Actions?
"Go out into the world and do better for the country." That's the sentiment behind the pardon. But truly, there's no way to know a person's heart. Will they live with genuine remorse and a commitment to serve society? If they want to justify the pardon after violating the law, they need to produce tangible economic results. It's crucial to instill reflection.
Thought #3: Evaluation of Contribution to Economic Revitalization is Necessary
Will a person change their actions just because they feel remorse? At the very least, there should be an evaluation confirming that they've significantly contributed to economic revitalization, given the state's leniency. Isn't that something the government should consider?
Is it challenging? That's why it needs contemplation.
When pardoning at the expense of the law's fairness, whether for economic revitalization or any other reason, the government must provide evidence to the citizens that it was indeed the right decision. Reflect on this, dear government. Only then will a special pardon truly be special.
