사실 저 말이 그냥 단순히 남 잘되는 거 못 따라가면 배아프고, 아무리 속이 쓰려도 부러워하기까지 하면 뭔가 세상의 경쟁에서 지는 느낌이 있다는 이야기인데. 실상 실제로 그럴 수 있다는 것.
최근 에코프로 주식이 급상승 고공행진을 하면서 아래와 같은 기사가 눈에 띄어 생각나는 것이 있다. '부러우면 지는거다' 라는 말이 진짜로 현실에서 질 수 있다는 생각임.

이게 무슨 뜻이냐 하면 그것이 부럽다는 이야기는 다시말해 에코프로같은 주식을 살만한 실력이 없다는 뜻이고, 앞으로도 이러한 주식투자에서 성공할 확률이 거의 없다는 의미임.
부러워서 심적으로 꿀리는게 아니고, 진짜로 삶 자체가 부러운 대상을 쫒아갈 능력이 없기 때문에 결국 경제적인 능력차이에서는 뒤쳐질 가능성이 있다는 뜻.

The saying implies that if you can't keep up with someone's success, it hurts, and even if it's painful inside, if you go as far as feeling envious, it feels like you're losing in the world's competition. In reality, this can actually be the case.
Recently, with the rapid rise of EcoPro stocks, an article caught my attention, reinforcing the idea that "if you're envious, you lose" can genuinely manifest in reality.

What this means is that feeling envious of stocks like EcoPro implies a lack of capability to invest in such stocks, and the likelihood of succeeding in such stock investments in the future is almost nil. It's not just a mental setback from envy, but a genuine lack of ability to pursue what one envies, leading to potential economic disparities.
So, feeling envious means I'm already economically behind them and will continue to be.
Thought 2: Should I Just Live Like This?
While there might not be a definite answer, some individuals, especially those who have realized the essence of stock investment, believe that stock investing isn't that difficult.
